FCF method
It is possible to mold high value-added shapes! This is a method composed by incorporating forging and forming techniques.
The "FCF method" is a technique primarily used to form complex-shaped parts with high precision using thick plates. It is composed of forming based on shearing and tensile stress, such as punching, drawing, and bending, which are fundamental to sheet metal forming, and incorporates forging methods based on compressive stress, such as crushing and extrusion, using billet materials. As a result, it enables the formation of high dimensional accuracy and high value-added shapes, such as varying thicknesses, steps, and tooth profiles, which were difficult to achieve with conventional sheet metal forming. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes cold forging technology in sheet metal forming ■ A technology that mutually leverages the advantages of both techniques through composite forming ■ High precision forming of complex-shaped parts using thick plates *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
